Buffer Tanks
By manual heating with solid fuel it is necessary to have a storage/buffer tank, in order to have the optimal combustion and highest efficiency.The storage/buffer tank will store the excess heat, and when heating is complished, the house will consume the heat from the storage/buffer tank. Heating like this gives you more comfortable heating, and the heating intervals will be reduced.
The heat consume from the house, dimensions the size of the storage/buffer tank, and the boiler from how often you want to heat. Based on space requirements, it will often be better to have an installation with more minor tanks connected together.
These storage/buffer tanks are made of black enamelled steel, and the insulation is 100 mm polyurethane foam, and externally fitted with skai. The insulation is delivered separately, and can easily be mounted when storage tank is placed. Note that the tanks are approved for closed installation, which gives the possibility to mount the tank, directly to existing installations.
