Passat FK/HO Solid Fuel Boiler
This type of boiler is ideal for anyone with access to waste wood, wooden pallets, staw, hay,peat , compressed cardboard etc. These boilers range in size and output from 20kW - 92kW. The main distinctive feature of a Passat FK/HO Boiler is the large front-opening door to allow loading of large lengths and diameters of wooden sticks, logs, paper, small/large straw or hay bales or small/large wooden pallets.The boilers are delivered with afterburning plate, which ensures effective combustion, robust draught regulator, boiler thermometer, as well as ash scraper.
The boilers FK 30/40 and HO 70/90 are supplied with easy cleaning smoke cooler which is thermostat controlled.
If smoke comes from the boiler with a temperature greater than 225 °C, a thermostatic damper will automatically close and the smoke will be guided through the water cooled convector, which removes away the excess heat value, so an absolute minimum goes into the chimney.
To reach the most effective utilization of the fuel, the boiler must be connected to a storage tank. Thereby the combustion can control the boiler to the actual heating requirement.
All the boilers MUST be connected with thermostat controlled bypass system.
